The only asthetic difference between Gul Dukat and Gul Macet is bad facial hair.

I’m pretty sure this is the same actor (Marc Alaimo) but that tiny little whatever-you-call-it beard it just blurrs the whole identity.

Found it on one of the Star Trek wiki’s. I was wondering about that for ages! :)
